How Does it Work?

1

Level One

We will inspect immediately all parts of inner and outer chimney during annual maintenance sweeping. Deposits and obstructions like combustible creosote will get clear by sweeping. Any event like an earthquake, tornado, fire, or transfer of ownership has occurred, a Level One inspection will not suffice, and a Level Two inspection is in order.

2

Level Two

These inspections are the most frequently performed and they dig deeper. Our crew will execute everything included in a Level One inspection, as well as inspecting unseen areas of the flue system and smoke chamber. Aside from severe weather events, you need a Level Two inspection if you’ve experienced an equipment malfunction, any the installation of a new heating appliance, or fire in the chimney. Buying a new home should have a Level Two inspection in case its not provided by the seller. Having it you will know exactly the condition of the property that you are going to own.

3

Level Three

Inspections of this level require a hard work and you can't find anything more than Level Two without the removal of parts of the chimney and building. Level Three are less common inspections due to the all work that needs to be performed.
